1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing any product, joining our Discord server, or using any related services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.
Purchasing any product from Ragecore Services automatically constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have full permission from a legal guardian to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Scope
These Terms apply to:
- Our official website
- All purchases and digital products
- Our Discord server and all associated communication channels
- Any other services provided by Ragecore Services
Any violation in one area may result in action across all services.
4. Products and Services
Ragecore Services provides digital products, including:
- FiveM applications and clients
- Tools designed to provide enhanced or elevated gameplay
- Digital accounts (where applicable)
All products are delivered digitally and intended strictly for personal use unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
5. Payments and Security
- All payments must be made exclusively through our official website.
- We will never request payment via any other method, platform, or individual.
- Any request for payment outside our official website should be treated as fraudulent.
- Ragecore Services is not responsible for any losses resulting from payments made outside our official system.
6. Customer Support and Communication
- All support requests, refund inquiries, disputes, or issues must be handled exclusively through our official support ticket system.
- Do not discuss refunds, disputes, or product issues in public chats, Discord channels, or any unofficial spaces.
- Failure to follow this rule may result in restricted support or account action.
7. Account and Information Security
- The only individuals who will ever request your information are Ragecore Services Owners or Verified Moderators.
- Such requests will only occur inside an official private support ticket.
- We will never ask for your information via DMs, private chats, public channels, or any unofficial method.
- The only information we may request is limited to:
- Invoice ID
- Product Key (if applicable)
We will never ask for passwords, payment details, or any other sensitive personal data.
8. Product Integrity and Abuse
Any attempt to tamper with, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, or abuse our products will result in immediate and permanent action, including termination of access.
Ragecore Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Remove or revoke access to any product
- Suspend or permanently ban your account
- Block you from all current and future services
All such decisions are final and non-appealable.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
- The product costs over $15.00, and
- The product is proven to be demonstrably faulty due to a defect on our side (not user error, misuse, or third-party issues)
All refund requests must be submitted through the official support ticket system within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.
Abuse of the refund process will result in account termination.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal attempt will result in:
- Immediate permanent ban
- Instant removal of access to all products and services
No exceptions will be made.
11. Reselling
- Unauthorized reselling or redistribution of our products is strictly prohibited.
- Reselling is only permitted if you first notify us via support ticket and receive explicit written approval as a verified reseller.
- If you purchase from an approved reseller, you remain fully bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to the reseller’s own terms.
- All payments must still follow official channels unless explicitly authorized.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Ragecore Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platforms (including FiveM servers or game providers).
We are not liable for any bans, suspensions, or actions taken against you by third-party services as a result of using our products.
14. Limitation of Liability
Ragecore Services shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to:
- Account bans or restrictions
- Loss of data, digital goods, or access
- Financial losses
- Any legal or third-party actions
All services are used entirely at your own risk.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
